Seamless clusters of smaller arenas have been designated for different genres of games in varying configurations and levels for single or multi-player gameplay as well as a specially designed Ladies Arena featuring online MMORPGs.

Be the first to experience movie-themed games
The genre of games encompass a whole spectrum to whet the appetites…action, strategy, role-playing, racing, sports, adventure and simulation as well as games for the young and the young at heart.
Of particular mention are movie-related games. Leveraging on our strong affiliation with the movies, E2Max @ Cine-L9 will be the first to acquire movie-themed games and aims to be the launch venue for all movie-related games.
For starters, cyber gaming enthusiasts will be amongst the first to experience movie-related games such as King Kong, Tom Yum Goong, Matrix, Chicken Little and DOOM 3, just to name a few.
Online games partner, GameAxis will provide their expertise by organising events through their connections with the various guilds and clans in Singapore with E2Max @ Cine-L9 as the preferred venue.
Gadgets & paraphernalia
Cyber gamers will be able to acquire the most up-to-date e-gaming paraphernalia under one roof through the micro-retail and promotional spaces that offer high tech gadgets, cyber games peripherals, equipment and other entertainment-related retail.
Music zone
The Moto Music Zone branded by Motorola allows DJs to spin and play song dedications on weekends. This corner will provide a platform to collaborate with local DJ academies that have aspiring talents who wish to flaunt their flair for mixing.
Energy boosters
E2Max @ Cine-L9 offers a substantial food & beverage menu to help quench hunger pangs, parched throats and boost energy levels throughout the day.
E-Cinemas
Complementing the concept of Entertainment to the Maximum are Cathay Cineplexes’ three E-cinema halls which will open at a later date. Electronically enabled, the E-cinemas will showcase alternative forms of entertainment such as ‘live’ sporting events like the World Cup, EPL and Champions League matches, ‘live’ award ceremonies like the Oscars and Golden Globes and even local entertainment events like the Singapore Idol. With the opening of these three E-Cinemas, Cathay Cineplex Orchard will have 12 screens with 2,135 seats – the largest number of screens under one roof in Singapore.
