Cathay Properties' expertise spans the entire spectrum of property development and management ranging from the design conception through to construction, assets protection & security services and long-term & effective building maintenance of the completed property projects.

It was established in 1994 primarily to provide support to the range of Cathay Organisation's property assets.

“Cineleisure” the concept for one-stop entertainment and lifestyle centre was developed by Cathay Cineleisure International, a company incorporated in 1995. This concept provides a multi-sensory, experimental shopping and entertainment concept for the young and young at heart is adopted by Cathay Cineleisure Orchard. Other key services include sourcing of appropriate tenant mix, tenant & lease management services, customer liaison services and property management. Based on this proven formula, we envision taking the "Cineleisure" branding outside of Singapore and marketing our expertise in property and centre management regionally.
