The team is 'called to action' even before a project is completed to offer marketing services and lease management services for commercial, industrial and residential developments in Singapore and Malaysia. This is to help ensure that the project, upon completion, enjoys optimal tenant occupancy.

Given the varied experience within the Marketing & Leasing Department, it is well-placed to undertake the following tasks for the entire spectrum of commercial, industrial and residential developments:

• Feasibility studies for tendering and redevelopment exercise
• Marketing services for existing buildings/properties. Inputs are also offered to projects during the conceptualisation stage.
• Lease Management, including day-to-day operations and liaison with relevant authorities.
