With its vast experience and knowledge, the project is managed carefully to achieve targeted goals in terms of budget, quality and deadlines throughout the development process.

It assumes the role of the lead Consultant to ensure that the development is well designed according to the client's specifications and user needs. This takes into consideration the cost-effectiveness of the building's design as well as the level of maintenance that is required after the building is occupied.
Our team will work with clients and contractors to ensure that the development progresses safely and within the design specification, schedule and cost stipulated in the contract.
Upon completion, it ensures that all documents and as-built drawings are properly coordinated, verified and submitted to all relevant authorities and clients. The team also helps the client monitor all modifications and repairs during the Defects' Liability Period to ensure that such works are carried out promptly with minimal disruption and inconvenience to tenants. |
